Historic Folsom Station has a total of sixty residential lofts, forty-six of which are one bedroom and fourteen are two bedrooms.  Thirty of these lofts, located in the Granite House, will be offered for sale and range in size from 672 sf to 1,021 sf for a one bedroom and 1,185 sf for a two bedroom.  Seventeen lofts, located in Sutter Row, will be offered for rent and range in size from 856 sf to 1,333 sf for a one bedroom and 1,686 sf for a two bedroom.  The remaining thirteen lofts, located in the Leidesdorff Building, will also be offered for rent and range in size from 733 sf to 1,080 sf for a one bedroom and 1,125 sf for a two bedroom.  Please indicate your preferences below.
